    Thank you so much for these. Just now back on, had my back procedure done on Wednesday, so not able to stand or sit for 48 hours. Now I feel terrific, just got to take it slowly. I feel wonderful today! Just cannot sit for long periods...LOL! But am getting there! Hugs! Luv, Mat
